submit their application for employment with or through us.

application on behalf of our “Clients” in order to provide with details information regarding
potential “Candidate” to be supply to our “Clients”. We may also need to verify or source
personal information about “Candidate” from third party sources with a purpose of
background checks of “Candidate” as requested from our “Clients”.

PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
“Agensi Pekerjaan Medtalent Sdn Bhd” will use “Candidate” personal data for the following
purposes including but not limited to :
